Mark has almost 30 years of telecommunication infrastructure experience. Mr. Schuh began his career working for a real estate company specializing in site acquisition and the permitting of wireless infrastructure. Later, Mark became the Real Estate Manager for Sprint during their initial service deployment in Central Florida managing all aspects of development including site acquisition, permitting and environmental. In 2001, Mark co-founded United Commercial Real Estate Service. UCRES offers full turnkey services for communication development including fiber, site acquisition, permitting and project management. UCRES has worked on thousands of communication projects. In 2017 Mark formed United Commercial Telecom, LLC specifically to develop, own and operate telecommunication infrastructure including macro towers, small cell and fiber.
Mark graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and was a fellow for the FIU/FAU Joint Institute for Environmental Studies. He uses his background and education to successfully complete difficult communication projects. Mark was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps.
At United Commercial Telecom, Sheryl is an original owner and principal overseeing activities for customer relations, services and new wireless infrastructure development. A seasoned professional with extensive experience in all aspects of wireless network deployment including real estate, permitting, construction and implementation. Sheryl has led many, various and sizable projects overseeing a significant number of personnel. She has over two decades involvement in many facets of wireless development, including business development, tower and leasing management as well as overseeing project management of deadlines and budgets. MBA from University of South Florida and undergraduate from Georgia State University. Licensed as a Florida Real Estate Broker.
John is United Commercial Telecom’s Vice President of Corporate Development, bringing over two decades of network deployment experience in telecom. Recently, as Regional Director at Crown Castle, he led project delivery and operations overseeing small cells and fiber deployments throughout the multiple customer regions. His leadership advanced Crown Castle’s wireless infrastructure strategy, delivering operational improvements and transforming customer engagement and experience. John’s extensive experience also includes key roles at Verizon, where he drove business transformation initiatives and next-generation wireless solutions, as well as at Nexius and MasTec, where he delivered critical network builds for major wireless carriers.
In addition to his telecom expertise, John is a seasoned financial strategist with a decade-long career in venture capital and investment banking, at Edison Partners and Montgomery Securities, respectively. He also founded and built a successful startup middleware company through private equity funding, eventually selling the business to a large government contractor. John holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS from Loyola University Maryland. He is passionate about serving the underserved communities in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation and STEM education by serving as an advisor on multiple non-profit boards.
Willa has over a decade of experience in the wireless telecom industry, having started her career in 2012 with United Commercial. Throughout her tenure, Willa has played key roles in site acquisition services, project management and in-house financials, contributing to the success of numerous projects. Known for being driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized, Willa is currently the Program Manager overseeing all Small Cell projects. With a strong background in finance and accounting, having earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida, Willa brings a blend of financial acumen and meticulous organizational skills to every project. Passionate about delivering innovative solutions while being efficient, Willa is committed to delivering results that drive business success.
As Director of Operations, Kevin manages the daily operations and business activities for tower infrastructure at United Commercial Telecom. With over 25 years of wireless industry experience, Kevin exemplifies leadership, customer satisfaction, overall growth, and an unwavering commitment to family. His extensive range of wireless knowledge includes site acquisition, contract negotiations, engineering, zoning, permitting, FAA/FCC compliance, tower modifications, new tower site construction, project proposals, and business development. Throughout his career, Kevin has focused his efforts on driving operational efficiencies and streamlining results. His attention to quality is what United Commercial Telecom is built on. Kevin holds a BS of Engineering & Construction from the University of West Florida.
