This Tariff contains the regulations and rates applicable to the furnishing of competitive
access provider (“CAP”) services, namely, intrastate facilities-based, dedicated Ethernet
service provided over UNITED COMMERCIAL TELECOM, LLC’s fiber network in
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
