Summary

Mark C Schuh has almost 21 years of telecommunication infrastructure experience.  Mr. Schuh began his career working for a small infrastructure real estate company specializing in cell site deployment.  Later, Mr. Schuh became the Real Estate Manager for Sprint during their initial service deployment in Central Florida.  Mr. Schuh then formed his own company United Commercial.  United Commercial is a full turnkey company that was formed in 2001.  Since that time Mr. Schuh and United Commercial have worked on thousands of communication projects. United Commercial has performed the following services for the following companies:

Nimby (not in my backyard) issues – Working with communities and government to site infrastructure perceived as having negative impacts.

Zoning and Permitting – Completing governmental processes including public hearings to receive appropriate entitlements.

Project and Construction Management – Mr Schuh has managed the daily processes for hundreds of communication projects.
